Finally, growing and cooking traditional foods and recipes from Wales and the West of England, and thoughtful use of wild foods, are also frequent themes – with wild food walks and demonstrations having been enjoyed at many of the events. Reproduced below is a recipe for something well worth keeping alive from the old pantry of country drinks – the background to which was presented with samples for tasting at Spring Greens Fair 2010 and 2012.
